We do our best to deliver your new Nettie gear as quickly as possible! We are a tiny, scrappy team (mostly a one-woman show!) and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping.
- Where do you ship? We ship domestically in the United States. We aren’t able to ship internationally at this time, sadly. Hopefully, soon!
- How long will it take to receive my order? We do our best to fullfill your order in 2 business days, and it can take about a week to receive.
- Are there any shipping discounts? Yes! We have free shipping for all orders over $100.
We understand things change. We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, for unused products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we aren’t able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in the original packaging.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Send all returns to: 1346 Broadway St, Apt 1, Cincinnati, OH, 45202
- Once your return is received and inspected, we email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
- Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- We recommend tracking and insurance on items you are returning, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
