Shipping

We do our best to deliver your new Nettie gear as quickly as possible! We are a tiny, scrappy team (mostly a one-woman show!) and we thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Below are some frequently asked questions about shipping.

  • Where do you ship? We ship domestically in the United States. We aren’t able to ship internationally at this time, sadly. Hopefully, soon! 
  • How long will it take to receive my order? We do our best to fullfill your order in 2 business days, and it can take about a week to receive. 
  • Are there any shipping discounts? Yes! We have free shipping for all orders over $100. 

Returns

We understand things change. We offer refunds within the first 30 days of your purchase, for unused products. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we aren’t able to offer a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility 

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in the original packaging.
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@playnettie.com

The Process

  • Send all returns to: 1346 Broadway St, Apt 1, Cincinnati, OH, 45202
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
  • Returns that do not meet this policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend tracking and insurance on items you are returning, as we can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
